Since day one, we’ve made it our mission to provide tailored financial services based on the individual needs of our clients. Our new Tax Support Packages do just that. Instead of meeting only once a year for tax preparation, we’re now offering more extensive services with our Full Support and Premium Tax Packages. We’ll still offer the service most clients already use with our office with the new name Essentials Tax Support. Tax Support Packages can be changed any time during the year, based on your changing support needs. It’s easy to move up or down a tier to fit you and your family.

We want to keep a small office feel and find more ways throughout the year for us to interact with clients without clients feeling like they are going to be billed for our time. We are excited to announce that all tax support packages will now include invitations to Monthly Financial Wellness Workshops, hosted by industry professionals at our office. We think adding the monthly workshops to our services will be invaluable to you, and it will allow us to keep in touch throughout the year.

With our expanding services come changes to the way we bill. We are switching from an annual, one-time fee, to a monthly investment. Your monthly investment is based on last year’s annual charge, divided by 12 months, and considers the complexity of the tax return being prepared. Each year, we’ll evaluate your monthly investment and change it to better match the service we provide. We process payments on the 5th of each month, using the information you provide on your service agreement.

We take changes seriously and know that you do too. To give you time to adjust, we will accommodate the old way of doing things one more year before fulling transitioning to our new service model. If you have questions, we’ll be happy to answer them. Reach out to us today!
